Pool is completely private and you are not overlooked by another property. Pool is electric and solar heated normal temperature of pool is 88 degrees sun all day with this southwest exposure. Lanai is oversized with plenty of seating and room to spare for outside dining. There is an outside Jacuzzi as well.

Other outdoor facilities include garage, 8 garden chairs, beach chairs. 240ft of water allows you plenty of room to fish off our dock and watch for all MARINE LIFE ACTIVITY because of the large open basin harbour, this is a child's delight and adults' too!

Babcock wilderness adventures, 90,000 acre Ranch allows you to see the unspoiled Florida while you bike through the scenic roads and trails for those who are interested in conservation, wildlife and agriculture.

Decorated Boat parade in early Dec right pass your seawall ! If golf is your passion Punta Gorda has some of the best Golf courses in the US,as quoted by Golf Digest. Many of within a 5 mile radius. We would be glad to give you al the information about the most affordable courses to golf and make arrangements for you. If you are the "Disney" lover the Kissimmee area and Davenport area are about two hours from home. Very close to the beaches of Englewood.

There is music mostly every evening at Fisherman's Village, which is a mile away and walking distance from the villa if you do not care to drive.

As always a calendar of events will be supplied for the month when you are visiting tranquillity villa. The third Thursday of every month is "Gallery Walk" downtown. All the businesses participate. Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island and Capitiva just a short ride away. Thanksgiving and Christmas time are especially festive in Punta Gorda, all activities are geared toward the holidays.Several golf courses three miles away.
