Gated community with HEATED pool and spa, biking trails nearby. Punta Gorda Isles is a quiet laid back town on the Charlotte Harbor with about 100 miles of water leading to the Gulf of Mexico. The whole area is plentifule with wildlife and it is not uncommon to see dolphins , giant rays and ospreys from Gilkrist Park and Ponce De Leon Park which is our private beach about one mile away and has incredible sunsets! Wonderful golf courses within 4 mile distance.
